1AHost was formed to try and overcome some of the problems that one of our sister companies was experiencing.
As established web designers they were basically being given the “run around” by some ISP type companies that described themselves as being professional. We firmly believed that they were not the only group experiencing this problems and that a good number of other experienced web designers and internet consultants were having the same trouble.
If you have been having problems then we will do our best to help you out both from our own experience and financially by discounting some of our product range for you.
If you have had a problem with your ISP not providing the service you expect then E-mail us at problemisp@1ahost.co.uk, Tell us about your problems and, so long as we are happy, we will give you a discount of up to 20% for the lifetime of your package with us.
For genuine cases we are currently offering these discounts on our services to try and alleviate a degree of the financial burden of moving to us.
